The Challenge

When we began working together, the client had an established reputation as a trusted pelvic floor expert. Valuable educational insights were being shared, but opportunities to expand reach, strengthen audience engagement, and convert everyday questions into high-performing content were being missed. The goal wasn't simply to post more; it was to create a system that would help more people with prolapse discover life-changing education from the nonprofit.

The Goals

✓ Expand visibility among people with prolapse actively seeking pelvic health education

✓ Build a repeatable content strategy rooted in educational value and inspirational storytelling

✓ Position the founder’s page as the leading inspiration for people living with prolapse

What We Did

Rather than relying on trends or random content ideas, we built a strategy around the questions, pain points, and misconceptions that the client's audience experiences every day.

We transformed complex medical information into approachable short-form content, created a consistent production workflow, managed editing, copywriting, and publishing, and reviewed performance each month to identify patterns that informed future content decisions.

Now we’re building an inspirational storytelling content engine for this client’s account.

Our Favorite Win

One of our biggest takeaways: discovering which educational content sparked meaningful conversations.

By closely monitoring audience behavior, we identified recurring themes that consistently resonated with women navigating pelvic floor concerns. Rather than treating successful posts as isolated wins, we built repeatable content frameworks around those insights, allowing the account to consistently reach new audiences while reinforcing the client's authority.

The result wasn't just higher-performing content; it was a more predictable strategy rooted in audience needs instead of assumptions.
